I established Arcminute Ltd in 2011 to fill a niche requirement for a photography supplier dedicated solely to verified planning imagery. As the business developed I became more aware of the problems facing visualisers tasked with aligning 2d photographic material with 3d survey data and by combining my professional architectural photographic experience with surveying, engineering, forensic image analysis and 3d rendering software I have developed practical solutions to these problems. I am now at point where I can describe myself as a fully independent camera alignment specialist where photography is just one part of the larger process.
In partnership with Datum Surveys this has been used to great advantage on many significant planning jobs and we were the chosen team to provide all the verified photography and survey data for the HS2 Environmental Impact Assessment.
